Your financial statements arrive and you look them over and you see the numbers but what do they mean, why are they going up in the wrong places and going down in the places that matter most? You can’t seem to catch a break. I could go on, and I’m sure it would apply too.

I spent the majority of my life managing businesses. Early on I found I had a special talent as “The Fixer!” I would be the one that Owners would have me visit other locations and see if I could get that location doing as good as my center. I made a career out of it. My secret, I knew something they didn’t. It was the same thing every single time. I knew what was wrong going in. I developed a playbook. Yes, I spent a lot of time in stressful situations, however I pushed through each time because I knew that once everything was turning properly the business would flourish and I would add another success to my resume. I saw this new technology Artificial Intelligence, I knew immediately this was my chance to own my own business. I’ll save you the challenges I faced learning computers and programming. I told my wife, “every business owner can now have a fixer in their business.” I took my playbook, the decision making logic and strategies I used at every business turnaround and I created a dataset and trained an A.I.
